I have had the privilage to serve our community for over 24 years as a Magisterial District Judge. Through the years, I have dedicated myself to upholding the principles of this office with experience, integrity, and fairness.

About Kelly A. Micozzie - Aguirre
Judge Kelly A. Micozzie-Aguirre is the Magisterial District Judge for Clifton Heights Borough and several districts in Upper Darby Township including Westbrook Park, Primos-Secane, Hilldale-Roselawn, Penn Pines, Garretford, Kellyville, and Oakview areas. She has served for 24 years and has presided over 115,000 cases during her time on the bench.
Judge Micozzie-Aguirre’s experience and deep rooted family values has prepared her to not only hear the cases before her but to understand how to resolve them
She is a lifelong resident of the community for which she serves. She resides in the Westbrook Park section of Upper Darby with her husband Ernie and has two adult children
A District Judge is non partisan and therefore cannot be affiliated with any political party during their term. It is imperative for any member of the judiciary to remain impartial and be independent in the interest of justice. District Judge Kelly A. Micozzie-Aguirre will appear on both the democrat and republican ballot in the primary election which will be held on Tuesday May, 20, 2025.
She believes that each vote must be earned through voter confidence, respect, and support which is demonstrated by her willingness to work hard. She works hard each and every day and continually strives for fair and equal justice in your community.
